תמצית
איט. איז. טכנולוגיות נוסדה בשנת 2002 ע"י עמוס חברון ואורן גביש.
חברת איט. איז. היא הנציגה של חברת וידאו דומיין הישראלית - חברה בעל שם עולמי בפיתוח חומרה ותוכנה למערכות טמ"ס (טלוויזיה במעגל סגור) מהסוג המתקדם ביותר.
חברת איט. איז. רכשה לעצמה שם כספק מוביל בתחום הקמת מוקד רואה בחברות אבטחה בישראל.
בשנת 2005 קיבלה איט איז החלטה עקרונית להכנס לתחום פיתוח חומרה.
המוצר הראשון אותו פיתחה החברה, בשיתוף ט.א.א. אלקטרוניקה הוא מערכת בקרת כניסה ממוחשבת, מבוססת על משדר ומקלט בגלי רדיו.
איט. איז. נמצאת בשלבים מתקדמים (בחינות קבלה) של מערכת בקרת הכניסה.
לקוח הקצה הראשון של המערכת הינו חברת וידאו דומיין.
נכון להיום לא קיימת מערכת מידע מסודרת בחברה – דבר המקשה על ניהול סדיר של החברה.
מידע על העובדים , תנאי שכר , נוכחות וכו' מבוזר על פני מערכות שונות בחברה / מתויקות בצורה ידנית ולא מאורגנת.
לחשב השכר בחברה יש בעיה באיסוף הנתונים וקבלת תמונה מדויקת , מלאה ונכונה על העובדים בחברה וזה כולל:
נתונים כלליים , נתוני שכר , נתוני נוכחות ועזרים שונים לחישוב המשכורות.
המערכת החדשה תטפל בכל הבעיות הנ"ל(ויפורטו יותר בהמשך) ובפרט:
· הפרויקט המוצע משתלב במערכת בקרת הכניסה הממוחשבת
הפרויקט יתממשק למערכת בקרת הכניסה בממשק טורי RS232 לקבלת נתוני כניסה ויציאה.
בשלב הראשוני(יוצג בפרויקט הגמר) – נתוני הנוכחות ייטענו בצורה אוטו' אל המערכת ע"י קריאת קובץ הנוכחות(טקסט) שיופק ממערכת בקרת הכניסה(שעון נוכחות).
הנתונים יסודרו בצורה ברורה וקריאה במערכת חישוב השכר.
· הפרויקט ישמור את נתוני העובדים, פורמטים לחישוב שכר, נתוני בקרת כניסה בבסיס נתונים
הפרויקט יכיל בסיס נתונים לשמירת כל נתוני כוח האדם, השכר ונתוני בקרה.
· הפרויקט יחשב את משכורות העובדים בהתבסס על הנתונים מבסיס הנתונים, עם אפשרות להתערבות ידנית.
· הפרויקט יתמוך באלגוריתמים מתקדמים לחישוב משכורת – האלגוריתם יהיה גמיש ודינאמי ויאפשר קביעת "קוד" לחישוב שכר עד לרמת העובד היחיד, בהתבסס על שעות עבודה, תעריפים, סוג עובד, שעות נוספות, חופשות, ימי מחלה וכו'.
המערכת תפיק דוחות בחתכים שונים, להפקת משכורות ולמעקב אחרי ביצועי העובדים (מבחינת שעות עבודה במפעל).
סביבת העבודה תהיה חלונות windows XP .
תוכנה זו מנוהלת על-ידי תוכנת MSAccess , המהווה חלק מחבילת תוכנת office XP, ונכתבה בעזרת VBA .
הגישה למערכת תהיה עפ"י הרשאות משתמש. לכל משתמש מורשה תינתן סיסמא .
לחשב השכר תהיה שליטה על ניהול ההרשאות למערכת.
המערכת מיועדת(עקב מגבלות התוכנה) לחברות קטנות ובינוניות – סדר גודל של עד 70 עובדים.
חדשנות:
1. ניסיון ראשוני לשלב בין תוכנת בקרת כניסה (מבוססת חומרה) לבין תוכנת חישוב שכר (מבוססת
תוכנה), באמצעות ממשק פשוט ונוח.
2. ביסוס כל המערכת על PC ולא על בקר ייעודי ויקר (Home automation).
3. אלגוריתם גמיש ודינאמי לחישוב שכר.
המערכת נבנתה ופותחה ע"י דני סופר במסגרת פרויקט גמר מטעם מכללת אפקה וניתנת ללא עלות כלל לעסק.
אתגרים מיוחדים בביצוע המערכת:
1. המערכת תוכננה כך שתתמוך בחישוב שכר בינלאומי. פרוש הדבר שכל הפרמטרים, הספים ושיטות החישוב במערכת הם דינאמיים. בכל מערכות חישוב השכר הקיימות, סעיפים אלו הם סטטיים וקשיחים.
2. המערכת תומכת במספר סוגי חישוב שכר באופן דינאמי, בתוך אותו מפעל (ראה דיאגרמה מצורפת):
· שכר גלובלי.
· שכר עבודה לפי שעות.
3. המערכת תומכת בחישוב שכר לפי שעות באופן דינאמי:
· יומי.
· שבועי.
· חודשי.
4. המערכת תומכת בתעריפים מיוחדים באופן דינאמי
· שעות נוספות, בתעריפים משתנים.
· משמרות.
· חגים.
5. המערכת תומכת בשינוי ידני של כל החלטה או המלצה.
6. המערכת כוללת ממשק למערכת שעון נוכחות. הממשק צריך להיות דינאמי מספיק בכדי לאפשר התאמה לכל מערכת שעון נוכחות. הממשק בשלב הראשוני הוא בצורת התממשקות לקובץ נתוני הנוכחות שיופק ע"י שעון הנוכחות בחברה.

It. Is. Technology established at 2002 by Amos hevron & Oren gavish.
It. Is. Company is the representative of Israeli company video domain – world famous company in hardware & software development for CCT from the most advanced kind.
It. Is. Company purchase as frontrunner supplier in establish "look hub" in Israel security companies.
On 2005 it. Is. Company came up with fundamental decision to step over hardware development domain.
The first product of the company, in with T.A.A. electronics is
Computerized entrance control system, predicate on transmitter and radio waves receiver.
It. Is. in forward (entrance examination) of entrance control system.
The first costumer of the system is video domain company.
Up to date there is no information system in the company – make difficult of regular management of the company.
Information about employees, payment conditions, attendance and so on is dispersed on different systems in the company / filed manually and unorganized.
There is a problem to accountant of the company to collect data in order to get full, accurate and correct picture on the employees in the company.
And that includes:
General data, payment data, attendance data and different instruments to calculate payments.
The new system will take care of all above problems in particularly of:
The project integrated with computerized entrance control system
The project will have interface to entrance control system in serial interface RS232 for getting the entrance / exit data.
In the first stage(my final project) – the presence data will loaded automatic to the system by calling to presence file that will produced by the presence clock.
The data will arranged clearly and readable in the system.
The project keeps employees data, calculate payments formats, entrance data in data base.
The project contain data base for keeping all the information.
The project will calculate the employees payments based on the data in the data base - with possibility to manually intervention.
The project will support in advanced algorithm to calculate payments – the algorithm will be flexible & dynamic and will make possible to fix code for calculate payment up to single employee level, predicate on working hours, prices, types, extra hours, vacations, disease and so on.
The system will derive reports in different profiles, to production of payments and to tracking after employees performances (as far as to working hours in the factory).
The working environment – Windows XP.
The software managed by MSAccess program, part of office XP package, and written in VBA.
The system access will be by user's authorization. Every licensed user will give password.
The accountant will have the control on managing the authorization.
The system intended (due to software limitation) to small/medium companies – till about 70 employees.
Innovation
1. First experience to integrate between entrance control system (bases hardware) and payment software, through simple, comfortable interface.
2. Foundation all the system on PC and not on destined expensive controller (Home automation).
3. Flexible & dynamic algorithm to calculate payment.
The system built & developed by Dani Sofer for final project in Afeka College and given without any cost to the business.
Special implementation challenges:
1. The system planned to support calculating international payments, meaning that all the parameters, thresholds and payment method are dynamic. In any other existing systems, those sections are static & fixed.
